Tanvir Ahsan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of English at Jagannath University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He teaches Literary Theory, Cultural Studies, Modern and Postmodern Literature there. His primary field of interest is Existentialism and Absurdity. His interest also includes literary and cultural theories, especially Trauma theory, Post-modernism, Marxism, Eco-criticism and Digital Humanities. He has written several articles in these fields which have been included in Journals in Dhaka and in Kolkata. He takes pleasure in translation, too.
